১. আমরা যে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি
- অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য: নাম, ইমেইল, ফোন নম্বর, ব্যবসার নাম ও ধরন।
- লেনদেন তথ্য: অর্ডার, চালান ও পেমেন্ট রেকর্ড। সম্পূর্ণ কার্ড বা মোবাইল ওয়ালেটের গোপন তথ্য আমরা সংরক্ষণ করি না—তা অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডাররা প্রক্রিয়া করে।
- যোগাযোগ: সাপোর্ট, চ্যাট বা ফর্মের মাধ্যমে আপনি যা জানান।
- ডিভাইস ও ব্যবহারের তথ্য: IP ঠিকানা, ডিভাইসের ধরন, ব্রাউজার এবং প্ল্যাটফর্মে আপনার কার্যক্রম।
- কুকিজ: সেবা চালু রাখা, পছন্দ মনে রাখা ও পরিসংখ্যানের জন্য।
২. সম্মতি ও আইনি ভিত্তি
পার্সোনাল ডেটা প্রোটেকশন অ্যাক্ট, ২০২৬ সম্মতিকেন্দ্রিক। আমরা মূলত আপনার সম্মতির ভিত্তিতে তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও ব্যবহার করি; পাশাপাশি চুক্তি সম্পাদন, আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা পূরণ ও প্ল্যাটফর্মের বৈধ স্বার্থ রক্ষার প্রয়োজনেও ব্যবহার হতে পারে। আপনি যেকোনো সময় সম্মতি প্রত্যাহার করতে পারেন।
৩. তথ্য যেভাবে ব্যবহার করি
- অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি, অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ও সেবা সরবরাহ।
- ক্রেতা ও উপযুক্ত প্রোভাইডার/মেন্টরের মধ্যে সংযোগ।
- পেমেন্ট নিষ্পত্তি, রিফান্ড ও প্রতারণা প্রতিরোধ।
- সাপোর্ট, নোটিফিকেশন এবং (আপনার সম্মতিসাপেক্ষে) মার্কেটিং যোগাযোগ।
- প্ল্যাটফর্মের উন্নয়ন ও আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা পূরণ।
৪. তথ্য যাদের সঙ্গে শেয়ার করি
- প্রোভাইডার: সেবা সম্পন্ন করতে প্রয়োজনীয় সীমিত তথ্য (যেমন কাজের প্রয়োজনীয় বিবরণ)।
- পেমেন্ট প্রতিষ্ঠান: bKash, Nagad ও অনুমোদিত গেটওয়ে।
- লজিস্টিক পার্টনার: ডেলিভারির প্রয়োজনে (যেমন Steadfast, Pathao)।
- সেবা ভেন্ডর: হোস্টিং, অ্যানালিটিক্স ইত্যাদি, চুক্তিবদ্ধ গোপনীয়তার শর্তে।
- আইনি কর্তৃপক্ষ: আইন বা বৈধ নির্দেশ অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনে।

৫. ডেটা সাবজেক্ট হিসেবে আপনার অধিকার

৬. তথ্য সংরক্ষণের মেয়াদ
যতদিন প্রয়োজন ততদিন তথ্য রাখা হয়। ডিজিটাল কমার্স সংক্রান্ত ব্যবসায়িক রেকর্ড প্রযোজ্য নিয়ম অনুযায়ী নির্দিষ্ট সময় (সাধারণত কমপক্ষে ৬ বছর) সংরক্ষণ করা হতে পারে।
৭. নিরাপত্তা
আমরা এনক্রিপশন, অ্যাক্সেস নিয়ন্ত্রণ ও নিয়মিত পর্যালোচনার মতো যুক্তিসঙ্গত কারিগরি ও প্রশাসনিক ব্যবস্থা নিই। তবে ইন্টারনেটে কোনো ব্যবস্থা শতভাগ নিরাপদ নয়; আপনার লগইন তথ্য গোপন রাখার দায়িত্ব আপনারও।
৮. কুকিজ
ব্রাউজার সেটিংস থেকে আপনি কুকি নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে পারেন। কিছু কুকি বন্ধ করলে প্ল্যাটফর্মের কিছু সুবিধা সঠিকভাবে কাজ না-ও করতে পারে।
৯. সীমান্ত-পার তথ্য স্থানান্তর
প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে তথ্য বাংলাদেশের বাইরে সংরক্ষিত বা প্রক্রিয়াজাত হতে পারে; এমন ক্ষেত্রে পার্সোনাল ডেটা প্রোটেকশন অ্যাক্ট, ২০২৬-এর শর্ত অনুযায়ী যথাযথ সুরক্ষা নিশ্চিত করা হবে।
১০. শিশুদের তথ্য
প্ল্যাটফর্ম ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সীদের জন্য নয় এবং আমরা জেনেবুঝে তাদের তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না।
১১. পরিবর্তন ও যোগাযোগ
আমরা পূর্ব নোটিশ সহ বা নোটিশ ছাড়াই যেকোনো সময় এই নীতিমালা বা নথির যেকোনো অংশ পরিবর্তন, পরিমার্জন বা সংশোধন করার সম্পূর্ণ অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

Praggo (praggo.com.bd) takes the privacy of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026. In this policy, “data fiduciary” refers to Praggo and “data subject” refers to you.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, business name and type.
- Transaction data: orders, invoices and payment records. We do not store full card or mobile-wallet credentials — these are processed by approved payment service providers.
- Communications: what you send us via support, chat or forms.
- Device & usage data: IP address, device type, browser and your activity on the Platform.
- Cookies: to run the service, remember preferences and gather analytics.
2. Consent & legal basis
The Personal Data Protection Act, 2026 is consent-centric. We collect and use data primarily on the basis of your consent, and also where needed to perform a contract, meet a legal obligation, or protect the Platform's legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time.
3. How we use your data
- Create accounts, process orders and deliver services.
- Connect Buyers with suitable Providers/mentors.
- Settle payments, handle refunds and prevent fraud.
- Provide support, notifications and (with your consent) marketing communications.
- Improve the Platform and meet legal obligations.
4. Who we share data with
- Providers: limited information needed to complete a service (e.g. relevant job details).
- Payment providers: bKash, Nagad and approved gateways.
- Logistics partners: for delivery where needed (e.g. Steadfast, Pathao).
- Service vendors: hosting, analytics and similar, under confidentiality terms.
- Authorities: where required by law or valid legal request.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Your rights as a data subject
Under the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026 you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.

6. Data retention
We keep data for as long as needed. Digital-commerce business records may be retained for a defined period (typically at least 6 years) in line with applicable rules.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures such as encryption, access controls and regular reviews. However, no system on the internet is 100% secure; keeping your login details confidential is also your responsibility.
8. Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the Platform work.
9. Cross-border transfers
Where applicable, data may be stored or processed outside Bangladesh; in such cases we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with the transfer conditions of the Personal Data Protection Act, 2026.
10. Children's data
The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
